Column	How to read it
`source_name`	Names the public dataset used for the row.
`source_url`	Public source-record URL for manual checks before acting on the row.
`source_fetch_date`	Date the source data was pulled into this issue.
`jurisdiction`	Public jurisdiction label for the source row.
`borough`	NYC borough label from the source record.
`zip_code`	ZIP code used for sorting territory and route checks.
`work_type`	Selected DOB work type included in the current issue.
`issued_date`	Permit issue date in the source record.
`permit_status`	Status value from the source record.
`estimated_job_cost_bucket`	Bucketed cost range used for quick screening; it is not a bid value.
`permit_id`	Permit identifier from the source data when available.
`work_permit`	Work permit value from the source record when available.
`job_filing_number`	Filing number for matching the row back to DOB records.
`job_description_short`	Short, cleaned description for first-pass review.

Filter by work_type for the service line you care about.
Filter by zip_code or borough for territory fit.
